ouch!

yesterday i went to this church program called SWAT and we had i race, i jumped down three stairs landed my full weight on my feet and my foot twisted to the side. now even though it is not a emergency, i am going to go to the emergency room for X-rays, haven't had those since i was a baby! well it has a big lump on the side of my foot and today i have dance, but i can't even point my foot. i am just going to go to watch to see what they add onto the dance we are doing.
